New Standard, LLC
New Standard acquires established automotive repair and tire shops from owners ready to retire — and runs them with the discipline, technical mastery, and people-first leadership earned over two decades of automotive operations.
Integrity · Honesty · Hard Work
What We Acquire
Recurring service relationships and repeat seasonal demand with strong customer loyalty.
Established repair shops with skilled technicians and a loyal local customer base.
Shops with existing commercial fleet relationships and consistent recurring revenue.
High-frequency service businesses with strong repeat visit patterns.
Shops with experienced staff willing to stay on and grow under new ownership.
Sellers ready for their next chapter, looking for a buyer who will protect what they built.
Investment Thesis
We are not here to change an established brand. We acquire shops that owners have built well — and we protect the culture and customer trust while sharpening operations.
We prioritize shops with repeat customers, essential service demand, and predictable cash flow.
We are not here for a quick flip. We plan to own and operate for the long haul.
Operations with 10–15 employees where strong leadership and culture make a direct, visible impact.
Established shops with proven systems and processes that are ready to be sharpened, not rebuilt.
We begin where relationships and reputation matter most: right here in Oklahoma.
Acquisition Criteria
We are disciplined and deliberate. We would rather wait for the right shop than move quickly on the wrong one.
Founder & Principal
"Even in the hardest times, your reputation and your last name are everything."
Our Founder
Jeremy Reamer is an automotive operations leader and U.S. Marine Corps veteran with two decades running service departments — from Discount Tire and heavy-truck dealership groups to fleet operations and, most recently, Christian Brothers Automotive. His Marine Corps service as a KC-130 in-flight mechanic was a role with zero tolerance for error and total accountability for the people depending on him — and it shaped how he has led every shop floor since.
"You don't have to choose between excellent customer service and profitability. If you invest in your people and focus on the details, everything else falls into line."
After years of scaling operations and generating substantial revenue for other owners, Jeremy is ready to transition into ownership — not to change what already works, but to protect a seller's legacy and drive the kind of operational excellence that comes from two decades of leading people in high-stress, zero-error environments.
His philosophy is simple: success doesn't require excessive meetings or micromanagement. It requires putting "aces in their places" — the right people, trusted to do the job right.
Past Performance
These aren't projections. They're operating results from two decades of running service departments for some of the most demanding names in the industry.
Century Trucks & Vans — Service Director, 2011–2020. Ran operations, staffing, sales, and fabrication; facilitated a new location launch.
Same tenure — built the accessory and aftermarket parts business into a major profit center.
Southwest International Trucks — lifted the shop to the #2 regional ranking through workflow and customer outreach improvements.
Managed multi-shift technician teams at Rush Truck Centers, building estimates and hitting KPIs alongside advisors and leadership.
Promoted from Tire Technician to Assistant Manager at Discount Tire within his first 90 days.
Ran overnight fleet repair operations at Republic Services, keeping every vehicle compliant and deployment-ready by morning.
Where the standard was earned
How We Operate
We observe first. Whether the priority is culture, margins, or sales process, that evaluation is the foundation for everything that follows.
We observe the shop's specific needs before making any changes — culture, margins, process, all of it.
Strong pay, clear standards, and a culture employees are proud to be part of. Word-of-mouth starts here.
Aces in their places — the right people in the right roles, trusted to execute without micromanagement.
Sustainable growth built on reputation, repeat customers, and a job done right every time.
For Shop Owners
If you've spent years building a shop and a reputation, and you're ready to retire without watching it all get torn apart — New Standard was built for you.
We are not here to flip your business or strip it down. We are buying because it already works. Our goal is to protect what you built, take care of your people, and keep the standard you set.
Our ideal conversation starts simply: tell us about your shop. No pressure, no rushed offers, no games.
Our Values
Word-of-mouth is the best advertising there is — and it's earned by employees who are proud of where they work and customers who trust the work being done. That's the standard we hold every shop to.
